During our tenure the team has completed the following:
- Process over 2,500 work orders per annum.
- Continued 5 star experience and quality.
- 24hr Live Environment, working within customer and staff facing areas.
- During works within Hotels – Floor Program Uplift – Crown would have a floor or individual rooms closed off for us to complete our works. In some instances we would have to upsize our team within 24hrs to complete works within program. In some instances, if hotels were 100% booked, work would be rescheduled at the 11th hour, requiring us to reallocate our team to backup work orders.
- We have been able to save crown 1,000’s through restoration and repairing instead of replacement.
